PRC Addendum
If you are:
- an individual located in Mainland China who visits or uses the relevant website(s) or mobile application(s) of K11 LP, or otherwise uses K11 LP’s products and/or services including but not limited to the loyalty program “KLUB 11” managed and operated by K11 LP by phone or any other means from Mainland China; and/or
- an individual holding a Mainland China passport and/or resident identity card who visits the premises, including but not limited to malls, shops and/or office buildings owned and/or managed by NWG and/or its affiliates or related companies in Hong Kong or otherwise uses K11 LP’s products and/or services by phone or any other means in Hong Kong,
your personal data will be processed by K11 LP in accordance with the “People’s Republic of China Addendum” in addition to the K11 LP’s Privacy Policy Statement which adopts the New World Group Privacy Policy Statement and our PICS, as well as the applicable data protection laws and regulations in Mainland China which, for the current purposes, excludes Hong Kong, the Macau Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China and Taiwan. For the purpose of this Statement, “Hong Kong” means the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
